With the use of our services you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• To reserve this trip you will need to pay a deposit of £50 / 50€ per person, in the currency corresponding to your destination. The deposit is non-refundable.
• The outstanding balance is payable after you receive the accommodation list. It has to be paid in the same way as the deposit.
• The exchange rate depends on the date that the payment link is created. The exchange rate is calculated from the following website: http://www.xe.com/en/
• In case of cancellation more than 21 days prior to the beginning of the trip, we will refund the amount of money that has been paid up to this date, with the exception of the deposit (£ 50 (POUNDS) per person or € 50 (EUROS) per person) , according to the relevant currency for your trip).
• You are not entitled to a refund in case of cancellation less than 21 days prior to the beginning of the trip.
• Bookings made less than 21 days in advance are non-refundable and the full amount for the trip must be paid at the time of booking.
• Bye by Car Ltd. cancels trips only under circumstances that are beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to invoice additional costs in case changes will be made to the itinerary after the final payment.
• We reserve the right to make small changes to the itinerary in relation to weather conditions, availability of accommodation, points of interests or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
• We do not assume any liability for the actions of a third party, their employees or representatives.
• We advise clients to get travel insurance for the duration of your trip.
• Any refund from hotels or any other provider involved in the provision of services that have been booked for your trip would be administered by Bye by Car Ltd.
• Any refunds, invoices, bills and confirmations of payment have to be forwarded to Bye by Car Ltd.
• Bye by Car Ltd. does not take any responsibility for possible costs that may be the result of cancelled flights, ferries or changed circumstances that are beyond our control.
• The document provided by Bye by Car Ltd. is a summary of our services and NOT A TRAVEL GUIDE. We advise you to carry a travel guide with you at all times.
• All information contained in this document, including the itinerary, is the property of Bye by Car Ltd. and must not be distributed without our consent.
